Hi, I’m Jake. I share the good stuff.
Just The Good is my growing collection of products I love, use in everyday life, or have researched deeply enough to put on a genuinely useful shortlist.
Why I started this
Friends already asked me what coffee gear, tech, kitchen tools, and everyday basics were actually worth buying. I wanted one calm place to put those answers—without a fifty-item list, fake urgency, or pretending every new product is essential.
Useful beats impressive
A product earns a place here by solving a recognizable problem. A compact coffee maker for a small kitchen. An e-reader for someone who wants to read without phone notifications. A pan for someone who does not mind looking after it.
You should know what you are reading
The current collection is research-based. We summarize published specifications and independent reporting, then explain the practical trade-offs. We have not personally tested these products, and we do not borrow someone else’s testing experience and present it as our own.
A recommendation is not an instruction to buy
If what you own works, keep it. Every guide includes reasons to skip the product. A useful website should help you make a decision, including deciding not to spend anything.
